If you manage communities for clients, or run more than one brand yourself, you don't need a separate identity for every network. Your Organization UIID is the identity behind all of them.
Keep the business relationship where it belongs. Register your agency or company once as an Organization UIID, then use it to configure and administer each ATRIUM network you launch — your own, or ones you run on behalf of clients. Storage provider, SMTP configuration, payment gateway and monetization settings are all decided per network in each network's own admin panel, so client communities stay cleanly separated from each other even though your organization sits behind all of them.
Staffing is a permissions question, not an identity question. Add team members to administer a specific network without handing them ownership of your Organization UIID itself, and remove that access the moment a project or contract ends — see "What should we do when an ATRIUM administrator leaves the company?" for the handover checklist.
Billing stays predictable across your whole portfolio. Each network is billed independently at the flat one cent per user per month, so a ten-community agency can forecast costs as easily as a single-community creator can.
