Yes. ATRIUM can be used by organizations that want a branded network for communication, knowledge sharing and community features.
Employees should sign in with their own UIIDs. The company should have a separate Organization UIID. Do not create one shared employee identity or register the company under an employee’s personal identity.
Define the purpose before building. An internal network works better when it has a specific job, such as project communities, expertise exchange, onboarding, internal events or communication across locations.
Decide what belongs in ATRIUM. The platform can bring messaging, posts and community features together, but that does not automatically make it the correct home for every confidential business record.
Apply the same governance as any internal system. Decide who administers the network, who moderates it, which information may be published and what happens to access when an employee leaves.
Configure storage and email according to company requirements. ATRIUM allows the operator to choose the storage provider and use its own SMTP configuration. These choices determine where files live and which domain sends notifications.
Test with one team first. Start with a contained group, learn which features employees actually use and improve the structure before inviting the whole organization.
