Same speed, one important difference: choose Organization as the entity type, not a personal identity with a company name on it.
Why it matters: Organization, business and company account types all behave the same way, and this is the only route to Verifier status — issuing badges that confirm employment, membership or qualifications. A common and avoidable mistake is registering the company under a founder's personal identity and migrating later.
The rule of thumb: if invoices, staff or issued credentials are involved, it is an Organization.
Treat it as shared infrastructure. Agree internally who holds the recovery material, who can authorize applications and who can issue agents. An identity recoverable only by one departing employee is a risk you created yourself.
Recovery is straightforward. UIID Cloud is on by default and keeps an encrypted backup, so there is no offline-file discipline to enforce across a team unless you specifically want it.
Then add what you actually need:
Verifier status — to issue your own badges
Agent identities — for automated systems acting under your authority
An application registration — if your product will use UIID for sign-in
