Be findable without sharing a long identifier. Reserve a short code and share your identity as seven characters, four emojis, or three words — whichever fits the situation.
Hold credentials that travel with you. Badges are verifiable credentials that sit on your own identity rather than inside one platform, so a verified reputation carries over instead of restarting at every service.
Verify only if you need to. KYC verification exists for services where trust has real consequences. Most people never need it.
Authorize AI agents properly. Issue an agent its own identity with narrow, time-limited permissions you can revoke at any time.
