What happens to my network and my data if LINKSPREED stops operating?

The honest version of the answer: An ownership architecture that cannot be inspected, forked and self-hosted is a claim rather than a guarantee. That is why the foundation is published openly.

The code is public: Web4 Lite and the UIID Cookbook are on GitHub, so the stack can be run independently of us.

Your identity is yours: UIID credentials are held on your own device rather than in a central company store, and members keep their identity when they leave a network.

Your infrastructure can be yours too: If self-hosting matters to you, Web4 Lite and Web4 @home let you run a network on your own hardware from the start.

Company independence: LINKSPREED is self-funded, with no outside investors and no external funding rounds, so roadmap decisions are made by the team rather than by a cap table.
