What's the difference between Web4 Lite and the full Web4 stack?

Web4 Lite: A basic, open-source foundation that lets you get a Web4-style social network up and running quickly. It's intentionally stripped down compared to the full stack.

The full Web4 stack: The complete, hosted ecosystem across all seven layers — UIID, VIVON, ARCTIC, HELION, TRIVE, ATRIUM, and WYNIX — with deeper integration between identity, connectivity, compute, and the other layers.

Who Web4 Lite is for: Developers and communities who want to self-host and control their own infrastructure from the start, and who are comfortable with a leaner feature set in exchange for that control.

Getting started: Clone the repository on GitHub (github.com/Web4-Organisation), and pair it with the UIID Cookbook for the identity layer.
