No investor mandate to maximize data extraction, no pressure to introduce platform take-rates, and no obligation to compromise the ownership model to reach a return target. The economic model of the products can match the architecture of the products.
What it means for customers
Roadmap decisions are made by the team, not by a cap table. Commitments such as a 0% creator take-rate are structural choices rather than temporary promotional terms.
